Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative (ServiceTitan Experience Required)

We're hiring a remote part-time Customer Service Representative with experience using ServiceTitan. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and capable of handling customer calls and scheduling with care and efficiency. Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the needs of incoming calls (primarily scheduling)
  • Schedule appointments and update jobs using ServiceTitan
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve total satisfaction by taking the extra mile to engage customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Dispatch technicians and provide real-time updates
  • Follow up with customers as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a professional, calm manner

Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday evenings (10 hours total)
  • Occasional weekday evening shifts as needed
  • Must be available during assigned shifts and respond promptly

Requirements:

  • MUST have experience with ServiceTitan
  • Prior customer service experience (home service industry preferred)
  • Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and your own computer
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (no background noise — kids, pets, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • We provide an internet-connected VoIP phone
  • Strong multi-line phone etiquette skills; professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and adaptability
