This is a remote position, and daily travel will likely be required.</p> </div> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner.</li> <li>Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.</li> <li>Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.</li> <li>Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.</li> <li>Upholds company values and mission.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <ul></ul> <p><strong><br>EDUCATION</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.</li> <li>Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>1 year of experience in a related field</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products</li> <li>Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service</li> <li>Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team</li> <li>Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.</li> <li>Have or willing to obtain a Notary Public license.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in a remote office setting as well as community-based settings.</li> <li>Frequent travel is required.</li> </ul> <p><br>As a family-founded national leader in personal and financial services for individuals who rely on home- and community-based care, GT Independence supports tens of thousands of people across the country as they find and hire their own caregivers or personal assistants.</p> <p>Our operations team is driven by trust, autonomy, and—yes—fun.
