In this people management role, you will be responsible for shaping the creative vision and driving the Gong brand forward across all mediums. You will directly manage and mentor a talented team of 2 designers and 1 videographer, while also overseeing our external design and animation contractors and managing key agency relationships. Reporting to our Sr. Director of Web Marketing and Brand Creative, you will ensure our brand experiences are high-quality, consistent, and impactful.</p> <h5>RESPONSIBILITIES</h5> <ul> <li>Manage and mentor the Brand Creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.</li> <li>Set and communicate a strategic creative vision that aligns with overarching business goals and brand identity.</li> <li>Ensure exceptional quality and brand alignment across all team deliverables, from digital assets to high-impact presentations.</li> <li>Oversee the adoption and optimization of design systems, project management tools, and creative processes to ensure long-term scalability and efficiency.</li> <li>Coordinate and lead large, multi-step cross-functional initiatives, managing complex priorities effectively across the organization.</li> <li>Partner with Sr. Creative Director to advocate for design initiatives and align creative solutions with senior leadership objectives.</li> <li>Analyze and leverage business metrics and data-driven insights to guide design decisions and optimize team performance</li> </ul> <h5>QUALIFICATIONS </h5> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in design with at least 2 years in a people management or design leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.</li> <li>Strong ability to mentor junior team members and provide constructive, actionable feedback.</li> <li>Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and agency relationships and holding them to a high bar.</li> <li>Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, set expectations clearly, and keep cross-functional partners aligned.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both visually and verbally. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
