Job Overview Fairview is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join the multi-specialty practice at M Health Fairview Clinics - Fridley. Join a group of otolaryngologists providing comprehensive adult and pediatric General Otolaryngology.

Join a team of 7 otolaryngologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in the region seeing general adult and pediatric cases.

General otolaryngology with an opportunity to focus in areas of interest.

Surgical cases performed at M Health Fairview Maple Grove Clinics and Surgery Center and other facility in region

Physician will have the opportunity to practice at one additional practice location in the North Region

Full time (1.0 FTE) composed of 2/3 in clinic and 1/3 of time in surgery.

Call Coverage: 1 in 7. Single community hospital coverage, non-trauma, no NICU or PICU coverage.

Option to cover additional community hospitals within the system for generous moonlighting compensation. The physicians are supported in clinic by full-time audiologists as well as Otolaryngology-specific dedicated MA’s and RN’s. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and sub- specialty physicians.

Close affiliation and shared medical record system with the University of Minnesota Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery for seamless referrals for more complex problems.

M Health Fairview Clinic – Fridley is a "first ring" suburb of Minneapolis - located just 10 miles from downtown Minneapolis.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery residency training program. Additional fellowship training is welcomed

Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties

Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure

Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
